Every piece from Sunday Estate is made to order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, The Estate will resolve it without hesitation — no hassle, no return shipping required.
What We Cover
Defective items — visible manufacturing defects, print or embroidery errors, or damage to the garment.
Wrong item received — incorrect size, colour, or design shipped to you.
Transit damage — items visibly damaged during delivery.
How to submit a claim

3. We'll confirm your claim and arrange a replacement or full refund. No return shipping is required on your end.
Note: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of claim approval and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
